Skip Solution Ltd. was established and started its work in 2010. It was founded by professionals with experience in the military, police and other asset protection companies, which guarantees professionalism.

Skip Solution Kft. was established to protect its Clients from becoming targets or victims of potential crimes, through its activities, despite the current increase in crime.

Our staff recruitment system

Each company is judged by the Staff it employs and it is through them that each company will succeed or fail. This is the idea that guided us when we designed our recruitment system:

The trustees of Skip Solution Ltd. can be those persons who are worthy to represent our company by their work and attitude to work.

The first step of the recruitment system is the recommendation of a Skip Solution Ltd. employee, which gives a guarantee of the prospective colleague’s trust:

After filling in the application forms and the personal interview, a probationary period of 2-3 weeks is carried out in an area where a long-standing security guard monitors the candidate’s work. If the candidate also passes this test, he/she will be able to work independently and in a separate area under increased supervision.

Selection of the trustees

The selection of the security guards starts when the security company is presented with the assignment. We will only use colleagues with the appropriate qualifications and valid documents to guard the area. At the first personal meeting, we check that the security guard has the necessary documents to prove his qualifications and a valid security guard card. Once we have a good understanding of the security task, we start to analyse the skills, qualifications and competences of the guards.

The suitable security guards are selected from the remaining staff as follows:

A personal interview, during which we ascertain the colleague’s practical preparedness, aptitude, and gain insight into their mental state.

Whenever possible, we select a colleague from the given region to perform the task.

We assess their social situation, health, family status, and commuting possibilities. We verify the factual basis of their statements.

Finally, after selecting the appropriate colleague for the appropriate position, and once the terms are acceptable to both parties, we introduce them to the Client.

Their duties are then outlined specifically and in detail. Finally, after providing the necessary training and briefings, we deploy them for work in the company’s appropriate uniform.

During the three-month probationary period, we will assess your ability to perform your duties accurately and professionally, to fit in with other security guard colleagues, and to work with your superiors and the Client’s representative.

In all cases, they attend training courses specific to the workplace (lift management, fire alarm system management, etc.).

General Assembly

A monthly staff meeting is held between the guards on duty in the guarded areas, the area manager and the technical director, with the aim of bringing to the attention of the managers the security weaknesses in the area and their complete elimination.

The main topics of the meeting:

1. Training and briefings

2. Maintaining the above standards (further training, advanced training)

3. Presenting and practically demonstrating changed instructions

4. Information gathering, information sharing, orientation

5. Evaluation and analysis of tasks performed since the last staff meeting.

6. Analysis of emerging problems, suggestions for their resolution.

7. Sharing and discussing preventive suggestions for asset protection tasks in the area.

8. Collecting, evaluating, and discussing suggestions related to the tasks.

Checking our staff

Our employees’ proper service provision is guaranteed not only by mandatory legal regulations, guard and patrol service instructions, and continuous supervision, but also by the established incentive system.
In addition, we install and maintain a patrol monitoring system in the guarded areas. This system allows our Clients to track the security guards’ patrol activities.

We fundamentally begin service with an alertness check, which involves verifying whether the security guard is present at the designated location of the facility and focusing their attention on performing their duties.
Do they notice an approaching person, or in some cases, the inspector?

The check covers the following:
1. Is the person in charge of the area’s property protection at the time?

2. Is the security guard’s condition suitable for performing the service (are they under the influence of alcohol? Are they under the influence of mind-altering substances?

3. Is their appearance and uniform appropriate?

4. Checking their state of alertness; are they not tired, not sleepy?

5. Appropriate health condition.
If these things are found to be in order, our colleagues will check the professional part of the service:
If there was an incident during his/her duty, how and what action he/she took, and together we will evaluate these actions to ensure that the guard performed his/her duties in accordance with the instructions.
Next, we check together the object under control, the tasks, the current state of execution of its tasks.
In case of shortcomings, we will take appropriate action.

Insurance

Our company shall perform its duties in accordance with the applicable legislation and shall be liable for any damage caused by the clearly proven negligence of our employees in the course of the services provided. We are insured under a contract with Allianz Insurance for up to HUF 300 000 000.- per annum and up to an occasional limit of HUF 50 000 000.
We will implement it with attention to every detail to achieve the objectives outlined above.
All our employees possess the certificates required for the position of personal and asset guard, FEOR code 7460, based on Act 98/IV of the Chamber of Personal, Asset Protection and Private Investigation Professionals and Act CXXXIII of 2005.

Areas of work

When our company was founded, we were exclusively active in the Budapest area. Later on, by winning tenders and bids, we expanded our field of activity and managed to carry out our activities first in Pest county and later in the whole country in several smaller and larger work areas to the satisfaction of our clients.

Our primary goal in developing our working method was to guarantee maximum security for our Clients while minimally disrupting their daily work.
In this spirit, our security guards act decisively and professionally against perpetrators of violent, disorderly, or predatory acts, protecting both our business partners and clients.

Data protection, confidentiality

Our company’s employees treat information obtained during their work confidentially, and we undertake a full confidentiality obligation regarding such information.

Fixed assets

Our company has all the material and technical equipment necessary to carry out work related to the protection of property.

We maintain a service log for our security activities, in which all events are registered.
